How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

After successfully submitting an order through our website, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order and its details. This email does not signify acceptance of the order, but rather an acknowledgment of its receipt. The contract is considered concluded and enforceable between you and Belle Store upon our confirmation of order acceptance and shipment of products, or upon our receipt and confirmation of the full payment process (especially in cases of advance payment).

• Order Information: By placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us for ordering goods or services are correct and accurate, and you are responsible for informing us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.

Payment Method

The payment methods we offer are (Cash on Delivery - InstaPay).

• Payment is made to the InstaPay account mentioned on the invoice. After completing the payment, please send a picture of the payment receipt via WhatsApp to the number mentioned with the InstaPay account, and your order will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment image.

Delivery and Shipping Information

We offer delivery and shipping services to all parts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including (Cairo, Alexandria, Tanta, El Mahalla, Suez, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor, Aswan, Qena, and other cities).

• Expected Delivery Time: Inside Qena Governorate: 1 to 2 business days. Outside Qena Governorate (for other governorates): 2 to 7 business days. Note: The mentioned periods do not include official holidays and weekend days.
• Shipping Cost: Shipping cost varies based on the governorate and the area of delivery. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed upon completing the purchase process and before confirming your order.

Return and Exchange Policy

Because your satisfaction is important to us, you can return or exchange a product if it is not suitable or if you simply do not like what you have, according to our return policy.

Your Right to Cancel the Order (Before Shipping)

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please notify us immediately using our contact details. If you cancel your order during the cancellation period (before shipping), you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products within 14 days from the date of your cancellation notification.

• Note: If your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to stop the items from being sent to you, so you will still need to return all purchased products in your order according to the return policy. You should take reasonable care of the products you wish to cancel and not use or wear them.
